Frequently Asked Question

The IT Services department has developed two tools for employees to lookup student email addresses.

Lookup Student Emails (by Course)

1. Open the Lookup Student Email tool.
   • Note: The Lookup Student Email tool can also be found on the LCC Apps/Tools tab of lccToolBook.
2. Login using your LCC network username and password.
3. Select a course (Term, Subject, Number, and Section).
4. Click the Retrieve ctcLink Class Students Contacts button.

Lookup Student Email (by EMPLID)

1. Open the Lookup Student Email tool.
   • Note: The Lookup Student Email tool can also be found on the LCC Apps/Tools tab of lccToolBook.
2. Login using your LCC network username and password.
3. Enter a ctcLink ID (also referred to as EMPLID) or list of multiple IDs in the search box .
4. Click the Retrieve Student Information button.
