Frequently Asked Question

In June 2023, Lower Columbia College (LCC) will implement storage quotas on student Google Workspace accounts. Student accounts will be limited to 10 GB (gigabytes) of storage space. Additional resources to help manage Google storage are listed below.

Manage Google Drive

• Clear Google Drive space and increase storage
• View your files using Drive storage
• Empty your Google Drive Trash

Manage Photos

• Change your photo settings to reduce their file size
• Delete unnecessary photos
• Empty your Google Photos Trash

Manage Gmail

• Check your spam folder
• Find and delete emails with attachments larger than 2M
• Empty your Gmail trash
