Password and Security Question Requirements:
- Password Requirements:
- Must be at least 8 characters
- Must contain at least 1 UPPERCASE letter
- Must contain at least 1 lowercase letter
- Must contain at least 1 number (0-9)
- Cannot contain any part of your name
- Special characters are optional
- Requirements for Answers to Security Questions:
- Must be at least 6 characters
- Cannot contain any part of the security question
- Avoid using special characters (spaces, apostrophes, exclamation points, etc.)
Error Messages:
- Error: Authorization Error -- Contact your System Administrator
- Error: Invalid ctcLink ID. Please check your ctcLink ID and re-enter or if you are a first time user, go to ctcLink login page and click “First Time User.”
- Error: Password may not contain your first or last name. (21000,49)
- Cause: The password contains a part of the name associated with the account.
- Error: Resource not found: null (User)
- Cause: The account needs to be activated. It was possibly reset and needs to be re-activated.
