Frequently Asked Question

Lower Columbia College (LCC) has many different resources available for faculty, staff, and students to use which all require different accounts to access. It can be confusing to keep track of which usernames, email addresses, passwords, and PINs are linked to various sites and services.

Primary Accounts

There are three primary accounts used by faculty, staff, and students at LCC:

• ctcLink Account - used to access ctcLink and Canvas
• LCC Network Account - used to access computers on campus and employee email
• Google Account - used to access Google applications and student email
